Craig Adams has been a self employed builder and plumber since 1989, as a sole trader & established the current company in 2004.  Since 1990 we have trained over 10 apprentices & some are now running their own successful businesses.

We are a family business & offer a more traditional building service as we have our own trades including plumbers, electricians & carpenters.  We operate as a team using our own plant & equipment to get the project done.

We also offer plant & equipment, including operator, for hire.  Tipper truck, 1.5 tonne excavator, 5 tonne excavator, 5 tonne loader & crane hiab 8 tonne at 4 metre reach & transport.

As we have done a lot of remote work we have had to operate as a team, which is why our company is diverse & equipped for all aspects of construction.  We engage local trades and work with indigenous communities.

 

Projects

• Building new custom built homes, 2 storey with character, using timber & stone

• Over the past 8 years we have carried out numerous house upgrades for Defence Housing Australia around the country, including Port Lincoln SA, Mount Isa, Mission Beach, Thursday Island & Weipa in QLD, Exmouth WA, Nhulunbuy & Alice Springs in NT

• Construction of new Amenities facility at Yalata SA for the Australian Army

• Construction of 2 new staff houses at Yalata SA for Tullawon Health Service

• Designed, built & project managed several homes on South Coast, Kent Drive, Granley Avenue, Pine Avenue, Mentone Road, Waitpinga, Philip Ave, Middleton & Chiton

• Subdivision at Urrimbirra, including civil works, power, water & roadworks
